Some FAQ’s:
Is there dairy &/or eggs in the doughnuts or pretzels?
- yes, dairy is used in both doughnuts & pretzels & eggs are in the doughnuts, not pretzels. But both doughs are are mixed in the same bowl.
Are there peanuts in anything?
-not in the dough or glaze, however we are no longer peanut free because we serve a peanut butter cream specialty doughnut at fairs & it’s made in the same truck as the local truck. (same utensils & facility)
Do you do weddings or private events?
-no, we aren’t available for either of those.
Do you ship your doughnuts or pretzels?
-No we do not ship either of those. since they are homemade, they are best enjoyed fresh from our truck!
Do you take pre orders or offer catering?
-We don’t offer catering & we aren’t set up for pre orders. If you are planning on getting more than a few dozen, it’s nice to know so we can possibly plan for it, but it’s not necessary. As long as you’re ok waiting a few minutes as we make them & box them up! We try & make our doughnuts as fast as we can while also keeping them so fresh for you all!
Are these Amish doughnuts?
-Yes! People used to call them that, probably because our business name used to be the Amish Baking Co :) We changed it a few years ago to Peachey’s because that’s our last name! The owners who are also brothers, Nate & Sam, grew up Amish & this is an Amish recipe!
